InterActive Systems & Consulting, Inc. (IASC) is a privately
held California "C" Corporation that provides Research &
Development , InterASC Professional Services,
and TeleInterActive Networks Services and Hosting, related to emerging technologies for Information Management
enabling new business processes. IASC is focused on enabling mobile
professionals and distributed workgroups with fully interactive access to enterprise information
wherever and whenever they need it.
TeleInterActive Networks is a service mark of InterActive Systems &
Consulting, Inc. The TeleInterActive Networks also hosts the web
logs (blogs) of the TeleInterActive Press.
"Tele-" is a common, English-language,
combining form meaning "distant" especially "transmission over a
distance". Combined with "InterActive", TeleInterActive means transmission of two-way communication allowing one to act upon another over a distance.

Systems & Consulting, Inc. (IASC) stemmed from a shared domain, iasc.com,
created in 1995. The founders, the board members and senior staff have worked together
since 1995 at either CapTech IT Services or The Williams Cos. {NYSE:WMB}.
Williams spun off this Professional Services Group in
2000 to form InterActive Systems & Consulting, Inc.
As IASC diversified over the years, two groups were formed with
their own service marks: InterASC Professional Services and the
TeleInterActive Networks.
